Do I leave my dog with you?

Yes, you drop your dog off and collect him/her once ready.

Do you use drying cabinets?

No, we use finishing dryers by hand, so your dog can be reassured during the drying process.

How long will my dog be with you?

On average your dog will be with us for around one - three hours depending on size and style. We will however give you an estimate when you contact us to book an appointment.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No just your dog!

How can I pay?

We accept Cash, Apple Pay and the following cards - maestro, master card, master card debit, visa, visa debit, visa electron.

Is there anything you need to know when my dog come to the salon?

We will need to know of any medical conditions and if your dog suffers from any skin conditions or has sensitive skin. Also if your dog has any behavioural problems and we will need an emergency contact number for you.

Do I have to bring my own shampoo?

You can if you want to but it is not necessary, we have various shampoos for different coat types. We have a range of shampoos for dogs with sensitive skin/allergies.

Can you accommodate large dogs?

Yes, we can accommodate all breeds including larger breeds.

Where are you located and is there parking?

You can find the address on the CONTACT US page . The salon is home-based, situated on a Cul-de-sac. There is parking available at the front of the house

Can you just clip nails?

Due to our location and not being able to provide a “walk in” service we do not offer stand alone nail trimming services.
